WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

Madame Wisla is based in Spain! All orders ship from Barcelona.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Madame Wisla ships internationally in hopes to make the entire world a happy place!

I’VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIPS?

Madame Wisla is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by the Madame Wisla herself. We always try to get orders out as quickly as possible and usually do so two times a week!

During special events, such as collection launches or restocks, processing time may take a bit longer! It can sometimes take 1-15 days for your order to ship.

Also for the pre-orders, the processing time can be totally different and it can take about a month for your order to ship.

If you have a special event where you need your order to be prioritzed, feel free to send us an email, we will do our best to accommodate if it does not interfere with our schedule!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The arrival time is always determined according to the postal service, the time of year, the weather or other inconveniences, even so this is an approximation:

Buyers will pay any applicable customs duties and duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs formalities.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

Default shipping is ordinary, isn’t certificate and there isn’t tracking number, unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office, so we don’t refund money or send the item again if the package gets lost. Please, if you are not sure and If you want your order to be more secure, select the shipping option with tracking and you will be able to see where it is at all times!

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office.

Madame Wisla also do not have the time or resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of Spain. If both of these resources still can not help you, feel free to contact us and we will open an invertigation on your package.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS?

All sales on Madame Wisla are final! We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase!

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN BE DONE?

We take quality very seriously, and only want the best for our customers! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out to their new homes, but it is possible a damaged product could slip past us! Please email us a photograph of the damaged item so we can issue a refund or you will receive a replacement.
